I say happy thanksgiving, but in reality, we didn´t do
anything special for it hahaha but nevertheless it was a good week!
I actually don´t have a lot to report, but this week was
full of lessons with Everth who one moment is super sensitive and feels lonely,
and the next is judging and rejecting everything! it´s been kind of exhausting
to keep up with him, but he does have his good moments, so I have hope.
Hermana Doxey and i have a little too much fun in the street
sometimes, so we are trying to contain it a little more, but it has been super
awesome. Other than that, this week was full of sushi on the roof, a trip to
the zoo, and Hermana Doxey drank water from a member, felt something in her
mouth, pulled out a hair, and never drank water from a member again ahahaha
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and remembered
for the thing we should most be thankful for which is the gospel of Jesus
Christ.
Alma 37: 16-17
16 But if ye keep the commandments of God, and do with these
things which are sacred according to that which the Lord doth command you, (for
you must appeal unto the Lord for all things whatsoever ye must do with them)
behold, no power of earth or hell can take them from you, for God is powerful
to the fulfilling of all his words.
17 For he will fulfil all his promises which he shall make
unto you
