Hello All!
highlights from this week:
I got stuck in slime during companionship study... We had to
blow dry my hands for 10 minutes to get it off... I´m learning a lot here on
the mission.
We had a Family home Evening with Paola, Esperanza, and our
new investigators Sandra and Caro. We played hot potato and the punnishment for
losing was kareoke.. I lost... so I had to sing (more like shout) Don´t Stop
Believin.. it was not my finest moment, and I am pretty sure everyone that was
there was a little scared. If you don´t believe me, let me tell you... they had
to stop me early hahahahaha good thing there weren´t any tomatoes there..
MIracle from this family home evening was that Paola and
Esperanza actually cancelled coming earlier that day so we were struggling
finding someone when we walked down the street and saw Caro and Sandra which
was a miracle because Sandra is almost always wokring and they agreed to come
with one hour notice!!! So then we were safe, but then in a lesson we got a
call from Paola and turns out they can come! So it was awesome!
Melissa turned 5 this week! She is the cutest little thing
haha She is the daughter of the relief society president so we dropped of a
cute little gift for her to wish her happy birthday. Then Hermana Santos her
mom gave us so much food! It was beautiful.
We finally took a picture of our english class!!! It´s quite
entertaining.
Another miracle!! We have an investigator named Ivan and the
elders are teaching his dad and they found out that his mom has also read the
book of mormon so they told us to visit her. They didn´t us her name or
anything just that she lives on the calle Pablo Goyeneche so we think why not
try. The FIRST door we knocked on was her.
Finally here is a video of Margarita who is in our ward
here. She is so awesome and the most funny and positive person ever. She is
super successful in paraolympics track and field representing chile. She is an
inspiration to us all so enjoy :)
