Hey! Hi! Hello!
I hope everyone was able to have a wonderful Christmas full
of stuffing mouths, stockings and trash cans (with the paper from the presents
obviously)!
You will be pleased to hear that we had a wonderful
Christmas here in good old Chile too!
We had our mission Christmas conference on Friday where we
met up as a mission, had a talent show, exchanged gifts, and had a cute
Christmas program!
We got to spend Christmas Eve with the mother of a member
who was going to spend it alone because her son had to leave for work so we
came over and celebrated and ate with her :) It was lots of fun and even got a
little crazy hahaha Stories for another time :) BUT she was very sweet, and fed
us well! We ate late so we had to run home because here everyone eats dinner
really late, like at 10, then they open presents at 12am... So obviously we had
to leave a little early. But it was good so that my comp and i could celebrate
my fam´s tradition and open up the new PJs we got each other!!
Christmas Day my comp and i made french toast for the other
girls, opened presents, then had and AMAZING time delivering gifts to a
children´s hospital. I got to dress up like an elf and pass out gifts and talk
and play with all the kids! It was SO much fun, even if one started attacking
me with her balloon... STILL FUN!
Little Miracle real fast: A man named Hugo randomly walked
into our not so popular English class (hence this being a miracle) and told us
he needs help with English and wants to meet with us as often as
possible! THEN he came to church this Sunday, and read the Book of Mormon :)
Christmas miracles exist.
