Hello All! The only way I can explain all that we did this week
is if i divide it up into days so...
Thursday: My companion was sick and kinda loopy, but
we stuffed her with vitamin C and now she is good :)
Friday: We had an awesome lesson with our dog
enthusiast friend Lili where she accepted the baptismal invitation! She is
leaving for vacations soon, but she is progressing very well and we are super
excited! At night, our friend Barbie gave us DELICIOUS chicken and beef
shish-kabobs which made us on the verge of being late SO as we were literally
sprinting home (i had to tighten my bag and back it a backpack so we could run
lol) a drunk guy tried to kiss me!! Chileans are so bold. Who does he think he
is trying to kiss a missionary while RUNNING!? Not a bright moment on his
part...
Saturday: It was the hottest day on record in
Santiago in the past like 100 years or something which made running around
planning a last minute baptism super fun! BUT Anelca got baptized! The font was
a little too low, and no one knew the hymns that we chose, BUT Anelca got
baptized!
Sunday: We were asked to sing in sacrament meeting
hahaha (if you know me, you know i don´t sing) But we sang Be Thou My Visión
and i think they angels did a good job at covering up our voices because the
people said it sounded good!
Monday: We had interviews with President. He is seriously a
very inspired man!! We had a great zone counsel where we talked about the
importance of prayers and how they should be specific and the importance is the
quality not the quantity. I am applying it now, and i have already seen the
difference so i invite all of you to do the same!
Tuesday: Andrea accepted our baptism invitation!!!
Today: We went to a turisty place in the center of Santiago
called Cerro San Cristobal where we took a tram to get to the top with the
virign statue and a pretty view :)
