HEY!!!
Lots of things to tell and little time so bear with
me!!!
1. Had divisions with Hermana Warner where we had to close
our eyes and run out of a porn filled house, tried on a Haitians hair weave,
and ate pumpkin pie... so basically best division ever!
2. We met Dante. Dante we thought was homeless, but turns
out he has a house! He has a problem with alcohol, but honestly wants to
change, and came up asking us for help. He is actually a very nice old man.
3. The elders left from our ward so now we get to work in
both sectors, AND we have a baptism to prepare for this Saturday! His name is
Anelka and he fell through a roof and didn´t die so he took that as a sign that
he needs to be baptized!
4. We met Lili who ended up in the hospital after drinking
waaaay too much so decided she needs to stop or she will die SO she has quit
drinking for three weeks and has now found us to help her turn her life around!
She is a MEGA dog enthusiast like 15 dogs, dog tattoos and when she was in the
hospital, she only thought of her dogs, BUT we love her (and at least it isn´t
cats am i right?!)
5. We took a recent convert Claudia to the temple to do
baptisms for the first time ON her birthday because she is just so sweet that
of course she wants to go to the temple for her birthday. And while we were
there...
6. I ran into a family friend Hermana Chulos who is serving
as a family history missionary in Viña del mar in the temple!!! It was
seriously the coolest thing (and a GIANT miracle because the odds of us runing
into each other are slim to none), and she gave me THE BIGGEST HUG I have had
in a long time. She talked about how great the Bever family is so ya, quick
shoutout to my awesome family, I love you guys!
This week we saw a mormon message (I will attach the link)
about a man who thought God had abandoned him because he didn´t feel like God
ever answered him, BUT he realized God has been giving him answers the whole
time (9 years) he just didn´t RECOGNIZE them. The spirit speaks to us in MANY
ways, so if we feel like we haven´t gotten an answer look again! Try looking
outside the box, and I promise you will find your answer!!!
