Happy 10 months!
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEK
1. A bird pooped on my head...
2. I painted an apartment because a family in our ward is
moving! We spent a lot of time helping them clean out and prepare their
apartment this week so they can move.
3. We surprised Hermana Brown who is a friend in the mission
for her birthday at night with cake and everything :)
4. We had a super fun Noche de Hogar and it was actually a
miracle we found investigators to come with us! We were busy all day painting
and running to appointments so when it was 7:30 and the Noche de Hogar started
at 8, we realized we still didn´t have anyone so we ran to Miriam and Jorge´s
house and invited the three kids to come with us and they did! They put on
their shoes and we left and it was super great because the two girls Tatiana
and Perla are super shy but they were able to open up a little with us with the
games and everything :)
5. We went to an ostrich farm for Pday today because we have
nothing else to do so this is the most turisty thing available for us hahahaha
FUn fact: the eggs of ostriches are super strong!! Like strong enough to stand
on!
Honestly all is super great here in good old Santiago Chile!
We are seeing miracles every day, and there aren´t enough words to describe the
love I have for the people here!
